How to work with me

Thank you so much for your interest in working with me.   I’m truly honored.

I am currently taking on 1:1 and group coaching clients from all around the world who are ready to commit to a life-changing  journey together in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages.  We connect via Zoom, or in-person, if available.  

All packages include a customized combination of life coaching and yoga because this powerful combination of mind, body, soul work supports the deepest levels of self actualization and transformation.
